Ruth Ann Spencer King, age 71, died Monday January 27, 2014 at the Greenwood Nursing & Rehabilitation.
The Allen County native was the daughter of the late Milton and Nadine Spencer and the mother of the late Brad King.
She is survived by her husband, Alan King of Scottsville and her sister Marian Spencer of Frankfort, Ky.
Cremation was chosen and there will be no services.
