Robert Patrick  Klauer

April 2, 1947 – November 19, 2021

Robert Patrick Klauer, age 74, died Friday November 19, 2021 at the Medical Center at Scottsville.

Born in Akron, Iowa to the late James Klauer and Bernice Johnson Klauer, he is preceded in death by his brother Dr. James Klauer.

Pat was a 27 year U. S. Navy veteran and teacher.  He loved his family, friends and pets.  His son Dennis remembers recently his father said to him the one thing all sons want most to hear, “I am proud of the man you have become!” and likewise Dennis is exceptionally proud of the man his father was.

He is survived by his wife Suzanne Klauer, two sons, Dennis Matthew Klauer (Charlane Colson) and Darrin Patrick Klauer, and two brothers, Tim Klauer (Christine) and Mike Klauer (Marge).

No local arrangements are scheduled however Arlington National Cemetery will be the final resting place.

Memorial Donation may be made to the Warren County Humane Society or the Wounded Warrior Project.
