Mary “Perk” Meador
September 27, 1914 – June 6, 2015
Mary “Perk” Meador, age 100, died Saturday June 6, 2015 at the Cal Turner Rehab & Specialty Care in Scottsville, Ky.
The Scottsville, Ky. native was the wife of the late Douglas Meador and the daughter of the late Rory O’Flanagan Huntsman and Lubbie Gardner Huntsman. She was a former resident hall director at Western Kentucky University for many years, a member of the Scottsville First United Methodiast Church, and former member of Women’s Clubs in Louisville, Bowling Green and Scottsville.
She is survived by her son Jerry Douglas Meador of Sunnyvale, Ca. and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM Tuesday June 9, 2015 at the T. W. Crow & Son Funeral Home and Wednesday until funeral time.
Funeral Services will be at 2:00 PM Wednesday June 10, 2015 at the T. W. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Crescent Hill Cemetery.
Memorial Donation may be made to the Scottsville First United Methodist Church.
