Floyd Howard Johnson

February 5, 1922 – July 5, 2018

Floyd Howard Johnson, age 96, died Thursday July 5, 2018 at Hope Hospice in Lehigh, Fl.

A native of Providence Tn. but raised in Scottsville, Ky., he was the son of the late Floyd “Mike” Johnson and Pauline Moncrief Hayes.  He attained the rank of Army First Sergeant while serving our country in World War II and Korea.  Preceding him in death is his dear wife Regania Polley Johnson.  He was a member of Scottsville Baptist Church and had a long career in sales that started with J. L. Turner and Son.

He is survived by his daughter Polley Sedahl of Ft. Myers, Fl., his son Ted Johnson of Nashville, TN., and two grandchildren Angela Haag (Jeremy) and Adam Johnson.

Visitation will begin at 5:00 PM Tuesday July 10, 2018 and continue Wednesday until the funeral time at the T. W. Crow & Son Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be 2:00 PM Wednesday July 11, 2018 at the T. W. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Crescent Hill Cemetery.

Memorial Donations may be made to the St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital or ASPCA.
