Frenchie  Jacqueline Hurt Williams

October 16, 1921 – May 19, 2018

Frenchie Jacqueline Hurt Williams, age 96, died Saturday May 19, 2018 at the Medical Center at Scottsville.

The Allen County native was the wife of the late C.L “Fats” Williams and the daughter of the late Thomas Jefferson Hurt and the Mamie Anna Foster Hurt. She is preceded in death by two brothers James Logan Hurt and his wife Mae, Dr. Wendell F. Hurt and wife Jean one sister Mary Maxwell and her husband George, son in law Gene Garrison, and one niece Mary Lynn Hurt.

She is survived by one daughter Carolyn Williams Garrison of Scottsville, two grand daughters Gina Lynn Word and husband Jimmy of Smiths Grove, and Andrea Miller and husband Mike of Scottsville, four great grandchildren Kacy Word Jent and her husband Bobby, Clay Daniel Word and fiancé Kasey Jo Carter, Max Miller and Morgan Miller, special nephews George “Butch” Maxwell, Steve Hurt, Don Hurt, John Hurt and great nephew Spencer Maxwell.

Visitation will begin 10:00 AM until 8:00 PM Tuesday May 22, 2018 at the T.W. Crow and Son Funeral Home and Wednesday 7:00 AM and until funeral time.

Funeral Services will be 1:00 PM Wednesday May 23, 2018 at the T. W. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Crescent Hill Cemetery.

Memorial Donations may be made to the Scottsville First United Methodist Church and the Scottsville High School Alumni Association-Pointers for the future Scholarship fund in memory of Frenchie.
