Dana Renee Thomason, age 53, died Friday, March 7, 2025 at Medical Center in Bowling Green, Ky.
Born in Scottsville, Ky on November 8, 1971, she has been a vital part of our community, touching the lives of many. She was a member of the East Willow Church of God and worked for Allen County School System caring for the children of Allen County.
She is survived by her husband, William Thomason, mother, Vicki Smith (Doug), father, Danny Patrick, daughter, Gina Lynn VanMeter (Brandon), son, Christopher Thomason (Amy), sisters; Carrie Vittitoe (Troy), Heather Gatewood and Jennifer Grace (Jimmy), brothers; Brian Huffine (Andrea), Keith Patrick (Angie), and Matt Patrick (Kacie), grandchildren; Morgan Shivers, Briley Cox, Avery White, Korie Thomason, and Silas VanMeter, great granddaughter Charlotte Shivers, nieces; Katelyn Huntsman, Rayleigh Woolbright, and Gracie Hayes, nephews; Austin Huffine and Kylan Huffine, five great nieces, a nephew and many other relatives. Preceding her in death is a granddaughter, Jesse Lynn VanMeter.
Visitation will be Monday, March 10th, from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the T. W. Crow & Son funeral home and continue Tuesday at the funeral home from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Visitation Wednesday will be at the East Willow Church of God from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m.
Funeral Services will be Wednesday March 12th, at 11:00 a.m. at East Willow Church of God with burial to follow in the Crescent
Memorial donation may be made to Allen County Schools, for a special cafeteria fund for children in need.
