Carol Ann Foulks, age 78, died Sunday May 2, 2021 at the Medical Center of Scottsville, KY.

Carol, a native to Santa Ann, California was born May 26, 1942 to the late Elwood “Jerry” Clifford Heard and Olive Erletta Rowley Heard, she is preceded in death by her husband Robert Paul “Pete” Foulks.

She is survived by her daughter Julie Porter (Jeff), her sister Nancy Stuller (Tom) of Scottsville, four grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.

Visitation will be Sunday May 9, 2021 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the T. W. Crow & Son Funeral home.

A Celebration of Life Service will be 3:00 PM Sunday May 9, 2021 at the T. W. Crow & Son Funeral Home.

Memorial Donations may be made to Gettysburg Foundation and the National Congress of American Indians.
