Ernest Robert “Bobby” Reynolds Jr.

February 5, 1929 – June 9, 2014

Ernest Robert “Bobby” Reynolds Jr., age 85, died Monday June 9, 2014 at Norton’s Hospital in Louisville, Ky.

The Allen County native was the son of the late Ernest and Mautie Reynolds.  He was preceded in death by his wife Yvonne “Tootsie” Reynolds, two daughters, Roberta and Gloria and his sister Elena Goad.

Mr. Reynolds was a faithful Baptist, member of the Allen County Historical Society, Scottsville Rotary Club and Masonic Lodge 208 and the Past President of the Kentucky Rural Letter Carrier’s Association.

He is survived by his two sons, Robert Reynolds of Dallas, TX, and Dan Reynolds and his wife Amy of Louisville, KY, a grandson Miles Reynolds of Louisville, KY, a sister Clara Helen Jones and husband Vesper of Scottsville, and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will begin at 1:00 PM Friday June 13, 2014 at the T. W Crow & Son Funeral Home

Funeral Services will be at 2:00 PM Saturday June 14, 2014 at the T. W. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery.

Memorial donations may be made to the American Red Cross and The Allen County Historical Society.
